Tracking a referral
To track an existing referral:

If your referral was not requested by the surgery, please contact the provider directly.
NHS e-Referral
If your doctor has referred you to a specialist for further care you will be asked to book your appointment using the ‘NHS e-Referral’ system.
You will receive a letter from us within 2 weeks giving details of how to book your appointment and any passwords you may need.
Neurodevelopmental Services (ADHD and Autism Referrals)
If you are concerned or suspect that you may have ADHD or ASD and would like to be referred for an Assessment, please see the practice policy below for more information on child and adult referrals and medication.
