Healthwatch Norfolk is working with Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board to understand how people feel about the increasing use of digital tools in healthcare. This includes electronic patient records in local hospitals, the NHS App, and future developments such as artificial intelligence.
We want to understand how confident people feel, what concerns they may have, and what would help digital services work better for everyone.
The survey takes around 10-15 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous.
