Enhanced Access Appointments
Lawson Road Surgery recognises that not all patients are able to attend practice during the normal opening hours of 8am to 6:30pm, so in order to provide greater choice and to meet the needs of all patient groups additional appointments are now available.
A survey was carried out with our Patient Participation Group and it was agreed that appointments should be available earlier in the mornings in order to support patients prior to them attending work or school. In addition to that further appointments are available from 6:30pm – 8pm on some Weekdays and 9am – 5pm on some Saturdays. These appointments maybe in way of face to face, telephone or online consultations and could also be offered for you to attend at another location across the primary care network (PCN).
